Bret at the UPS store in the Canton Village is awesome. Thank you so much for the help today. He saw me from inside trying to carry my package and my baby's carseat and he came out and held the door open for me. My whole transaction took less than a minute but i'll keep thinking about how great the experience I had here was all day. Thank you so much!

I recently used this UPS Store to handle the shipment of items I won at an auction house in Litchfield. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing due to poor communication and lack of professionalism. Despite several follow-ups, I did not receive a tracking number until more than a week after the items had already been shipped. By the time I was finally given the tracking information, I learned that the package had already been delivered days earlier and I had no idea. Since I am currently abroad, I was unable to anticipate or make arrangements for the delivery. As a result, the package was left unattended outside my home, exposed to the elements. The items were damaged due to being left out in the rain. This was a situation that could have been entirely avoided had I been provided timely shipping information. This lack of responsiveness and poor customer service is unacceptable, particularly when dealing with valuable or fragile items. I expected a higher standard of professionalism from a UPS Store. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future customers do not have to deal with similar issues.

I have been to many UPS stores across the northeast. And that this one is probably the best one. It’s consistently easy to drop off anything for shipping or returns. Even when there’s a line, the service is prompt and efficient. But most of all EVERY person who works at this location has always been super helpful, patient and genuinely friendly. I am very impressed and come back here over other places for all the reasons mentioned. Thank you to all of you who help make our lives a little better.

I had a complicated Amazon return, with five boxes from separate orders. The staff, especially Brett, was exceptionally supportive & efficient in helping me navigate Amazon's strict return policy. This store has offered consistent, reliable, quick service for years.

Brett has always been very helpful. Recently he sent important documents to Canada for me which arrived safely next day as promised. Unlike FedEx which lost a very important package.

This is the worst UPS Store in the area. It so happens that despite my better judgement I visit this place once in a couple of years to remind myself never to come here again.On one occasion they refused to take my package because I used the wrong tape to close the box. When I ask for the "right" tape they offered to sell me the entire roll and refused to let me use a foot of their own tape that was sitting on the desk.On the other occasion they had bent backwards to avoid taking a coupon. When I gave a coupon to an employee she was puzzled and called her more experienced coworker because she didn’t know what to do with the coupon. Without seeing the coupon, the coworker first said that the coupon must be expired as there are no current coupons offered. After seeing the coupon, he said that it is only the participating stores accept the coupon. When I told him that the UPS Store web site lists his store as the participating store, he told me that this is true, and he would take the coupon. That was a shredding coupon “shred 1 lb, get 1 lb free (up to 10 lbs)”. The store employee who a moment ago told me that he is not aware of any coupons without a moment of hesitation told me that according to instructions he got from the store owner 10 lbs is the limit on total paid and free shredding, meaning that only 5 lbs are free. On top of this, the store charges twice of what other UPS Stores in the area charge for shredding.
