I had very positive experience. Christie who was at the mail desk September 16, 2025 was professional, helpful, and had a positive attitude. Each patron who came in was treated in this way. It was nice to see an employee who has excellent customer service.

Everyone is so incredibly helpful and kind at this store. It is actually mind blowing how all the staff go out of their way to bring a smile to everyone’s face. We need more of that in this world!!!

Sent a package to my old address by accident. Yes it’s my mistake but I called them directly 3 different times and got 3 different answers about my package getting forwarded. They let the package sit there two weeks before finally getting me in touch with the post master after several calls. Finally she actually knew how to fix this issue. Very incompetent workers. They should be trained and informed better. If you plan on talking to any one at this location talk to the postmaster and only the postmaster or you may never get any progress on your situation.

Had 2 packages which were sent to me priority mail. They were shipped to Avon Location by mistake. Called Carl at Canton PO to explain.He asked for my tracking number and said he would try to find more info for me and give me a call back. An hour later found out he had driven to Avon PO to pick up packages on his break ! Simply put - above and beyond service .I am not one to write reviews on line but this was so thoughtful I had to.

12:29 sharp on Saturday. She saw me coming and locked the door, turning away without so much as a nod. It wasn’t as though there was a mad rush, I was the only customer that wasn’t already inside.

Worst USPS ever!! Sent mail locally to a friend and mail hasn’t been delivered in over 3 weeks. Still waiting. Feds should be asking where the hell does all the mail go and why are they so slow in delivering mail

Letter carrier for my neighborhood is lazy. Refuses to actually knock on the door to deliver certified mail, does not follow through with reschedule (as scheduled online by me). Postmaster is about as useless as well. Call to express my concerns and all you get is attitude and nothing done to actually fix the problems.
