shady awful customer service. karen & her staff are extremely unhelpful and rude. its been a phone tag nightmare and the quality is awful!!!!!filed a complaint with the bbb.

This company is the worst, I placed an order for almost $500 worth of items, they charged my credit card and two months later...nothing! No email status, phone call etc. It is impossible to get a response to emails and voice messages. I would recommend finding another supplier for your needs.
