Fraudsters. I was told that my rug would cost no more than $100 to clean. I paid upfront and when collecting the rug, was told it was an additional $25. The owners contradicted what they said at drop off and I had to pay the extra amount to collect my item.

Heard good thing, got poor results. And for the price… wow do I feel scammed. $40 for this to look worse than it did when you got it is wild. It’s still got dirt in it, it stinks still, and it is now very faded which I have no idea how you manage to do dry cleaning. But regardless dirt should come out of this, not like it’s oil. Looks like it wasn’t even touched, and for sure smells like it wasn’t. Horrible.

Owners are friendly and efficient, and…. Clothes come back beautifully done… meticulously and thoughfully wrapped/hung/secured, and perfectly pressed. Ideal!

I rarely need dry cleaning services but if I do this is the place to go! Friendly customer service, shirts were cleaned and ironed beautifully ( minus the marinara stain) within a couple days!

I've been using Ideal Cleaners ever since 2017. They have always been so polite and very professional. They really came through for me yesterday. I needed a pair of pants hemmed in less than 14 hours and, I'm so happy and pleased that they got it done. I will continue to do my business with such a caring and professional company.

We are fortunate to have many great, local dry cleaners in our area. But Ideal Cleaners is my favorite. It's owned and operated by a husband and wife team who, in addition to speaking English, also speak Korean. They take pride in their work--in the several years since I've been having them care for my clothes, I have never been disappointed with the quality or timeliness of their work. In addition to dry cleaning clothes and cleaning carpets, they've done great work in tailoring clothing for both me and my wife.
