We got our puppy back in March and Carrie was so professional during the process! We love our Aussie so much, she is a beautiful puppy who is friendly, smart, and loving. Would recommend this breeder!

Carrie was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process! When we first reached out to her, she replied to us within two hours, and we were able to complete all the necessary paperwork for Mona. The pick up was very easy and she even gave us gift baskets to go home with our puppy. Mona is 7 months old now and she is a happy, healthy and very energetic pup!

Carrie is a fantastic breeder. This was our first time using a breeder and Carrie made it a positive experience. She is quick to respond with any questions or concerns you may have. She consistently updated us about our puppy even when he was being born. She is an ethical breeder that is truly passionate and extremely knowledgeable about the breed. She sends you home with a care package that is so thoughtful and includes many essentials for your new puppy. Her dogs are absolutely beautiful. We are so fortunate to have found Carrie and to have one of her pups. I would absolutely recommend Carrie and Chaplin Hills if you are interested in getting an Australian Shepherd. Carrie is an excellent breeder, I would recommend her to anyone looking to adopt an Aussie! Our puppy Jasper has an ideal temperament; he is incredibly smart, easy to train, has the the perfect level of playfulness but also understands when play time is over and it is time to relax! On top of all that Jasper is a gorgeous puppy, we constantly get stopped and complimented on how gorgeous he is!

I adopted my first Aussie from Carrie. It was a great experience. Carrie was communicative all the way through. Since we brought Boomer home, she has been very helpful with our questions. It is clear that Boomer has been socialized through Carrie's breeding program. We now have him in puppy school and are enjoying the ride. Love this little guy! Almost forgot, we did the crate and leash training with Carrie and it gave us a leg up. But he's a puppy and still needs lots of training. He's a smart guy and getting it more and more every day.

Carrie was very helpful, always easy to reach out to and sent tons of puppy pictures. The vet says she is very healthy, and she’s learning very quickly.

Called yesterday to ask about having my carpet cleaned and they were able to clean it today! The carpet was very dirty and had dog stains. Carpet looks like new. Great service. Highly recommend!

I am a landlord my tenants usually clean their own carpets this last time they didn't take out all the stains that were really really bad so H and S carpets came and said he Would-be able to do a good job he has state-of-the-art equipment in that it was not a challenge for him I thought for sure it Would-be I definitely thought I was replaceing the carpets and that they were not able to be cleaned .After he was done it was amazing with his new technology that he has been trained in the carpets came out like new .He is the best.
