They take your money but don't finish job from 9-4pm suppose to leave at 5:00 pm but left early almost 1000.00 only 1 wall done not fair. They don't come with everything they need so now they got to run out on your clock to get something from home depot that they should already have on them to do the job I have everything but they don't but that is the game that people's play. what goes around will come around you reap what you sow also the guy is new he said they never told him anything good going Ace bad business

I would give four stars for the store, but am only giving two because of the person behind the register. They thought making a rude remark about a customer was ok. My sister and our friend ( she has autism) had just arrived and our friend was having trouble getting shopping carts apart. She needed assistance. The person behind the register made an attempt to quietly say to a co-worker, "Yep, it's a full moon.". My sister and friend heard it , but did not respond. My sister told me later, she was upset, she knew where it was directed and our friend just shook it off.
She is used to insensitive people, ( this is why I mentioned her autism). The reason I am reviewing and not them, is because I bought our friend the gift card for Hines. I knew she would delight in all the gadgets and housewares. So, please be better, as someone long ago said, "Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle.".

This is one giant candy store for men and women that like the outdoors indoors.There's so much stuff in the helpers are very nice They point you in the right direction.You're in and out and no time and for returns there.

Never aces...only go there for rare ro find hardware...aces in Cheshire 1 gallon of paint $74.99...same paint ar home depot $35.99...i was blown away when it rang up at 74.99, what a joke.

Came in with my friend to help him load up his brand new smoker that he got at an amazingly low price! Josh was able to help me and my friends Matt and Dom, they went they extra mile in every aspect, customer service, outreach, availability, Josh and other Ace Hardware staff efficiently helped me safely, load the smoker and provided insightful feedback on the variety of seasonings! Where he really earned this extra mile 5 star award by offering complementary pellets that were included in the un beatable offer!

Picked up a Gozney Dome pizza oven from here and had the best experience ever. It was kind of an impulse purchase for my birthday so I wanted it same day instead of waiting for it to ship. I live in Northeastern CT so this store was about 1.5 hours from me, but they were the only ones with it in stock. I checked several MA, RI, CT ACEs and a couple home depots. Soo happy I pulled the trigger because not only was it the best price, but it was hands down the best customer service I've ever received. The owner, Pat made sure we had everything we needed and showed us videos of his son using the Dome and even texted us the videos. His employees were very friendly and super helpful before and after Pat got there. I'd definitely make the drive again if I ever need anything from ACE. Highly recommended.
