“I knew at some point that my bumper fillers on my 1987 Buick Grand National with 48k miles would need to be replaced and finished to match the high-quality paint that was already on the car, common. My search started from asking people that had cars, that have already replaced them, but most of these places were far. My next search was local, paired by a determination to find the shop that can perform quality work and that has a high Google ranking and many. Customer feedback for me has been a huge step in both looking at places whether it’s to eat, view menus or to find a place that people are happy with and then you can ultimately go to and trust to have worked done properly, no time to try and find a place, I wanted to know. My first experience was when I called, someone picked up the phone. I spoke with the owner John, gave me a great price on my project and brought them down the same day. A couple days later to my surprise, I get a phone call that they’re done. Me being super picky as I am, looked great, there was one dust mark that I really wasn’t crazy about, wet sand, buff out no problem. I spoke with Luca and he wasn’t sure how that got missed, but assured me that it would get addressed right away and corrected properly, that it would be mint. Well, I picked up my parts the other day, the family, shop is absolutely fantastic. My GN bumper fillers came out great, now I have to just put them on my ride and put it up for sale as intended. My experience with this facility has been absolutely stellar, just talking with the father and son duo was easy, quick and their end goal was your ultimate satisfaction, the attitude says it all. While I’m there, I noticed a fleet of Amazon trucks, I was curious for I asked what’s the deal with them, he quickly explained. I also noticed a sign inside the facility that states they are an authorized Rivian repair center for electric vehicles. I would presume that since they are authorized to work on Rivian vehicles, you can also use them for other electric vehicles that might be around the area if you can’t find any as their technicians Are educated properly with the correct tools to work on electric vehicles . The cool thing about the story is I was not aware that John’s shop located in Cheshire and in the whole United States these guys are ranked number 3, that’s right #3, definitely an incredible milestone from so many shops here around the country that he puts Cheshire CT on the map as number 3. That is simply awesome, from hard work, dedication, known in the industry to be high-quality, quick and efficient. Thank you again guys for working on my bumper fillers for my 87 GN, that came out great. Also, thank you again for the conversations and for educating me on the Amazon vehicles.”
