“I went to the speeders location in Hamden and it was so busy but thankfully once I got into line I was greeted by Iris and Kio the manager and I was a little frustrated but they reassured me and were able to give me a great hook up for being a cop and explained next time I can basically skip the long line with the fast pass lane with their unlimited plan super happy with my interaction and love the floor mat cleaning stations ! “Always a great experience all employees are wonderful and friendly. One particular gentleman that went the extra mile on 10/05/2024 at 10:30 who was working the vacuum stations I didn’t catch his name he always goes the extra mile ! He checks on the customers, made sure there was always clean towels, took the dirty ones away and made sure all chemicals were full. Naugatuck location never disappoints !!!”

“Of their two full-service locations in Wallingford, this one on South Colony does *not* automatically apply tire dressing - if you get a wash that includes tire shine, you need to remember to *ask* for the tire dressing after the wash.”
“They took us in without appt and didnt keep us long at all. They changed all our fluids at a decent price. They even threw in a coupon to bring the cost down. They offered an honest and respectful service. Bonus that their waiting room was clean and inviting.”

“Drove here to have my car cleaned 3 days after a snowstorm. My car was squeaky clean. The only thing I wish they would do is have the liquids (that are by the vacuuming section) placed somewhere where they won't freeze so we are able to use them. I was not able to properly clean the mat, windows etc because the washing liquids were frozen solid. The vacuums have great suction to them. And the area is well maintained with good customer service.”

The vacuums are nice, the wash itself isn't bad, but for $20, the wheels always come out 5x dirtier than when they came in...
I don't know what you guys have to do to fix this, but it's seriously a problem.
Maybe make an option that I can takeoff the tire shine while I still want the ceramic coating and all the other chemicals.
oh also, the tire shine flings onto my paint and it leaves a bunch of black spots that I have to scrub off every time I wash it.
I want all of the chemicals that come with the best wash, but this makes it very difficult to justify having the membership or purchasing the wash.”
