“I had such a great experience with Splash Car Wash and wanted to give a shoutout to the entire team!
I accidentally booked my detailing appointment twice, and before I even had a chance to sort it out, the team reached out to me and helped get everything scheduled correctly. When I arrived, they also let me know that they offer door-to-door service within about a 15-minute radius — something I had no idea was available and will absolutely take advantage of in the future.
Most importantly, my car looked AMAZING when they were finished. The detailing was fantastic, and the customer service from start to finish was exceptional.
I frequent this location often, and beyond this particular experience, I’m always impressed by how hard the staff works. Whether it’s freezing, raining, or brutally hot, they are out there hustling and providing great service. It definitely doesn’t go unnoticed. Highly recommend this location and the team!”

One particular gentleman that went the extra mile on 10/05/2024 at 10:30 who was working the vacuum stations I didn’t catch his name he always goes the extra mile ! He checks on the customers, made sure there was always clean towels, took the dirty ones away and made sure all chemicals were full. Naugatuck location never disappoints !!!”

“Drove here to have my car cleaned 3 days after a snowstorm. My car was squeaky clean. The only thing I wish they would do is have the liquids (that are by the vacuuming section) placed somewhere where they won't freeze so we are able to use them. I was not able to properly clean the mat, windows etc because the washing liquids were frozen solid. The vacuums have great suction to them. And the area is well maintained with good customer service.”
“I am a repeat customer. I do the oil change first and get a free carwash. The prices are very reasonable. The staff are all very nice. The environment is very clean and they have a mini store inside. The oil change crew always help me get the right package for my car checking if anything needs to be refilled or replaced. The car wash crew do a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend.”
