“My dog Orbit has gone here for playtime for an entire day, half a day, for a bath and grooming, and he has stayed with Miss Hope for a week when we went on vacation. He loves to go here! He is a high energy dog that loves playing with his friends. They have a wonderful staff and take great care of the animals. Thank you so much Miss Hope and staff. ❤️?”
“I love when spirit Halloween comes around every year. October and costume time is my favorite. Took a check out this location and seen all the indoor and outdoor home decor. Had a good selection of costumes and accessories inside. Costumes are a bit pricier than say a target Walmart type of store but they do have more to choose from. The service of the person who was working there was nice also.”
“The people that work here are always very pleasant and helpful! The selection in store is not terrible, but I do wish it was better. I hate when I find something I love but they have very limited sizing so I end up having to order it online. Just seems like a waste!”
“My teen loves this store. Its a super unique collection of acessories and clothes. So overpriced, but we try to take advantage of sales and rewards. The clothing is always good quality. But other things like earings, cups, blankets and handbags all i have found lack quality and wear or break quickly.”
“We come to Connecticut frequently to enjoy friends and the wine vineyards. We live in Massachusetts, so we're a good couple of hours away from this unique boutique store, that we just stumbled on in our travels. It's a hidden gem. My wife is always hard on herself and hesitant to try on things that she doesn't think will work for her. In this boutique, the owner and her staff not only helps overcome this self doubt, but has an intimate, friendly and classy environment to support it. With her subtle encouragement my wife tried on a Joseph Ribbkof dress in a size 4 (my wife normally wears a size 6-8)...she looked amazing and confident. She walked out of that store with a new birthday dress and a smile on her face. This store easily could have been located in Boston or NYC and fit right in. The owner has a very fine eye for fashion. We'll be back...it was worth the drive! Thanks again for making my wife feel comfortable and beautiful”

“I like this place for their socks lol. They have a great selection for a great price. They have nice young men's clothing for my teen boys and they have pocketbooks sometimes that are worth grabbing. They also have cute outfits for kids and hats for toddlers which aren't easy to find. Worth the stop if your in the area.”

“I've always loved Bob's stores since I found them in Danbury. Haven't been in a Bob's since Danbury closed a few years ago. Now that I'm working in the Waterbury area they are all over the place. Went in just to browse for a few minutes, didn't buy anything today. Lots of great deals going on between clearance and other promotions. They also have their loyalty program which earns your money back. The store itself is a little dated, but still a pleasant experience.”
“This location always have great customer service but this 1 particular day was amazing. Whenever I come in I always greeted and helped. Right before Christmas I had an issue with an order online that after numerous calls was still not resolved. They suggested I go in store. When I arrived, they informed that it was an online issues. With a packed store and 2 associates the manager multitasked and called in with me until the issue was resolved. They're always willing to help, whether it's something in the store I need help with or online. If they don't have it they will help you figure out where you can get it from. If it's something the carry but it's out of stock they're order it for you and have it shipped to their store for free. Can't say enough about this amazing team.”

“My boyfriend said he'd give them 10 stars if he could. We came across them at the Elbert County fair and decided to give the sidekick steak seasoning a try. He said "if you served me this seasoning on a steak every night I would be happy." We will be buying more in the future for sure. The fact everything is made by veterans and the proceeds going to helping them is a huge bonus as well.”
