My lease was going to be up soon. We started shopping around and Dowling made sure that we were getting what I wanted, and I am more than thrilled with my new explorer. They worked with us and everything turned out great, no surprises! We also bought a second car that day, a Courtesy vehicle with low miles. We were up in the air about the price, but they adjusted it so that it was acceptable. I felt like they really bent over backwards for us. I would definitely recommend to pay them a visit. Beth and Bill made the experience a great one. Go see them!

I recently purchased a new 2025 Bronco from Dowling Ford -- my first ever interaction with them. The entire process was remarkably pleasant and professional. Bill Anastasio (salesperson), Fran Hoxie (sales manager), and Nick (closing director) were all fantastic. I recommend them. Thanks to Dowling Ford for a great experience!

Originally, I thought this was a good dealership. After they make a sale you can still have hidden fees pop up!!!! Deal ships are losing their minds and are becoming street thugs. Finding any way possible to make extra money. I just got hit with a secret 100 trade in fee because they owed me money on my registration. I paid 331 and paid my 189. I double paid. They said the will send me 10 dollars back after 3 month lmfao

I am a “YouTube Mechanic” and had an issue with a repair I performed. I brought my 2015 Ford Taurus in so the “Experts” can figure out what I did wrong. They diagnosed and corrected the issue faster than expected. Jen the service advisor and Scott the service manager were friendly, professional and more than reasonable with the cost of the repair. I won’t hesitate to come back the next time I can’t fix it myself. I would recommend Dowling Ford to anyone in need of service.

We found a very good used certified car at Dowling Ford, - exactly what we wanted, - and it was in immaculate condition, and the whole process of trading in our car and buying this new one, as well as the financing application was very quick and smooth. The personnel at Dowling Ford are very friendly and professional. We highly recommend this place!

I truly cannot express how wonderful of a car buying experience I had at Dowling Ford. They are true consummate professionals. I drove over two hours from NYC to buy a hard-to-find Bronco Heritage; from the zero-pressure sales experience to the super quick finance process, it might have been my favorite car buying experience(and that’s saying something…this bronco is my 23rd vehicle!) if you go in expecting a fancy show room, you’ll be disappointed. Instead, If you want fair prices, profesional and kind salespeople, and good value for your trade in- you’ll leave a happy camper!

First let me say I will be happy to amend this review and recommend the dealer family and friends. I purchased a 2013 car. While at the dealership I inquired about the battery a couple of times and did not get answer. Picked up the car on Saturday. While paying for the extended warranty, I asked about the warranty and was told it was bumper to bumper. Well okay but how about some details? The plan choice was typed on a document with no further info and was not told anymore info would be forthcoming. I was not told it was good at any Ford dealership or if I went to Dowling the deductible would be waived. With this being said car ran fine on the Saturday it was picked up. The next morning car would not start. Roadside service came and said the battery was completely dead and needed to be replaced. Purchased one at auto parts store, then had to look for someone to install on a Sunday. I called Monday ,explained to the receptionist who gave me Dan’s email to send the battery receipt to and put me in his voicemail. Voicemail message left. Late Tuesday afternoon no return call or response to email. Called again spoke with Dan who never mentioned about the voicemail but said email went to spam. He stated that sometimes batteries do this. He stated a check will be sent for the cost of the battery. I would like to suggest that for used car sales a check off list be used to follow up on customers questions/concerns if they can’t be answered right away. Such as what will be fixed on a used car before it leaves the dealership , battery was tested, explanation of extended warranty, etc with an area for items not on check off list and this list be reviewed before customer leaves to be sure questions answered and no further questions have come up. It is not necessary to send a response email to say sorry for the inconvenience. Again, hoping to up the stars on this review

Saw a new Maverick in front of the dealership and went inside to inquire. Sales staff was exactly what you would want. Friendly, courteous, and eager to help without being pushy. Can’t thank everyone enough, Fran, Bill, and Dan in sales and even Beth in the office. Next day I was a proud new owner of that Maverick.

I had the best experience with Dowling Ford. I even traveled out of state (from NY) to purchase my new Bronco. They had the best prices online and their customer service is unmatched. I was able to get a price over the phone including a trade-in price for my old vehicle after I texted them photos. It was my first time purchasing a vehicle on my own and they made the experience seamless and easy. I was able to get my vehicle the next day and was only in the office for about an hour. They are true professionals & very friendly! Thank you for the great experience! I love my new car!

My wife and I had an excellent experience with the staff over at Dowling. We worked alongside Fran, Dan, and Justin. Each were very welcoming, professional and we felt no pressure in any aspect of the process. We arrived on a Saturday to test drive a
Couple vehicles. I made it clear I was going to another dealership afterwords. They respected my decision and only presented me a price because I asked. I reached out to Fran on the following Monday with an offer and he ended up giving me what I thought was fair, quick and painless. There was no pressure during the signing process and I was in and out in about 30-35. They walked me through setting up some things in the vehicle before I left and I didn’t even have to ask. I highly recommend Fran and his team. I will be doing business with them again in the future !

Extremely low quality service department. Gives you the runaround for weeks (even months) at a time, doesn't ever follow through. This dealer doesn't care about you or your vehicle. Take your business somewhere else.
