“My uncle, who was a Navy veteran, passed away a few days ago. I called Plumb Farms & spoke with Tom to order an arrangement for his services. I mentioned to him I found this gorgeous military cross on his website that I would like to order. He said no problem with a small fee the arrangement could be delivered since it was out of area. When I noticed the stunning arrangement at my uncle’s service, this brought tears to my eyes. My family & I were extremely pleased to see how beautifully designed the military cross for our uncle turned out. Never had I seen a floral arrangement look exquisitely like the website photo. The owners give every single transaction personal attention. This last delivery was complicated but that only meant more attention from the owner to make sure the flowers were in tip top shape when delivered ( after hours and several phone calls to set up delivery).
I cannot say enough about this florist- I highly recommend them - beautiful arrangements and even more impressive customer service!”

I don’t live in Connecticut and needed to place an order from out of state, so I relied on Google to find a florist. I originally ordered from James Crest Florist, but unfortunately the flowers were never delivered and I was never contacted. When I followed up, I was told they could deliver another day or issue a full credit. I requested the full credit and am still waiting for it.
After that experience, I decided to Google another option and found Hamden Florist — and I’m so glad I did. From the first interaction, they were professional, responsive, and easy to work with. The plant they delivered was absolutely beautiful — fresh, well-arranged, and exceeded my expectations.
As someone ordering from out of state, reliability and communication are everything, and Hamden Florist truly delivered on both. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service and quality.”

I brought them in. I set the beautiful, glorious arrangement on my counter.
I checked my phone for a message. Yes, I listened. The kind person left me a message.
Very healthy roses . The arrangement is set in a vase with tissue paper around it.And it comes with food.

By this time, I was trying to calm myself.
I introduced myself. I asked. Is this the owner?
The lady said yes. My name is Nina . I said nice to meet you. I continued to gush about my flowers.

“I received a lovely floral basket from Devine Orchids. It was a "Thinking of you", sent by a friend, on the occassion of my husband's passing 2 and a half weeks ago.
The country basket was just perfect!
The colours were lavender, cream, mauve and purple... it had hydrangea, roses, alstromeria and carnations.
It set just the right note of elegant mourning...
