Very disappointed in the bank they never have anyone to answer the phones they charge to much to just pull money from ATM and on top of that customer service is the worst

Worst bank ever. I was allowed to open an account and fun it but now have no access to the funds because Dana Ladyga in North Branford branch lied to us about the terms of the account. Now it will take several weeks to fix. I will be closing my accounts as soon as possible.

Your money is not safe here. They are very bad at detecting fraudulent activity and slow to fix their errors. Bank elsewhere.
