“I recently switched pharmacies from CVS to this one, and am I glad I made that move! I called everything in so it would be all sorted out by the time I made it there in person. Transferring two (non-narcotic) medications should have been no problem. CVS still filled one medication but not the other, which ultimately took three phone calls and a demand to speak to the manager before they figured out that they needed to cancel both, not just one. Now back at Stop & Shop, an angel named Kimberly waited ever so patiently for this to be resolved, and kept me in the loop on the status of everything switching over. She took the time out of her (very busy) day to explain how I should handle CVS, their S&S programs (ie automatic refills), and just made everything easier- and ALWAYS with a smile. She greets you right away at the counter so you never have to wait, and she'll help you out no matter the circumstances. If you call, I've never had to wait more than 25 seconds before someone picks up. TLDR: Kimberly went above and beyond any pharmacy employee I have ever encountered in my life. She is the main reason I switched pharmacies- a choice I don't regret!”
