I’ve only been to Queen’s a few times, and although my mom and sister swear they used to be the best around, I disappointedly admit I do not understand the hype. Be prepared for long wait times, as even with appointments I’ve still found myself waiting around for 40+ minutes. My skin has been punctured and bled multiple times, and even though I get very basic manicures, I’ve ended up with rough nails and uneven clear coatings on more than one occasion. I really want to like this place, but I’ve definitely experienced better.

Lately tye quality has not been great. I just had to go back for a fix the next day and of course you tip them for fixing it on top of the original fix. This fix was not an error of mine. Then 4 days later most of it is chipping off. This is for a gel manicure. Needless to say, I won't be going back any more. They were better a few years back.

Reyna and her staff at Queen’s nails are, hands down, the best there is!! I’ve been coming to Reyna 14 years prior to her opening her business! I will not go anywhere else. The facial she gives is stupendous to say the least. Reyna is gifted at what she does, a top notch professional! The name she’s given her spa is perfect as you feel like a Queen throughout your stay. Try the body scrub; I received one today, AMAZING 😌

I just moved to Cheshire and I was looking for a nail salon so I went into Queen’s nails. First, I wanna say everybody was so wonderful. very nice. I had a young lady do my nails and it was different than what I’m used to with powder, but I figured everybody has a different way so I wasn’t concerned. She only dipped my nails twice, which I thought was fabulous because I don’t like thick nails. Anyways, less than a week later, my nails are peeling, which I’ve never had nails peel before And I’ve been getting my nails done for a very long time. But not only are they peeling they are chipping also. Out of all the years I’ve been getting my nails done, This is the worst I’ve ever had them done.
I’m looking to find a reasonably priced place in Cheshire or Southington that does a great job on powered And/or gel nails.

I try almost all places in town I finally feel I found the right place !get spa pedicure and dip powder my nails come out so pretty ! Praices are very reasonableand they complement each service with a relaxing neck and back massage. They do absolutly Amazing Job . Reyna the boos shes very nice. As long they maintain the quality of work, I will continué coming here.

I treated myself to a gel manicure (bc I usually do them myself and I was having a bad day) and it came out like crud. Not even a week in and most of my nails have bubbles, divots, or are peeling and snagging on clothes. Looks like I’m back to doing my own 👎🏻

The first time I came here they were super nice and friendly treated me good did exactly what I asked for. Came for a second time and the lady I had was a little bit rude, rushed me, and made my mother and I feel so uncomfortable talking to us in a rude way.

Had such a great experience as a first time client! Ally and Rosa were awesome. Had to soak off my UV gel. I got a fresh gel manicure with design. Very pleased!

60 dollars for the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. I pay that much for a luxury one in the town over. Each of my toes has a different shape going on now, my best friend’s toes looks like she went on naked and afraid and just got back home. They didn’t even scoop the dead skin from under our toenails, I feel like I need to go home and scrub my feet, I question what the point was to even get them done? They feel dirtier leaving this place compared to before I even got there. No music playing, no communication from the staff. I had to help one of the workers find the # of a nail polish on the shelf while she texted on her phone. Literally go anywhere else.

Me and my mother have been going to this salon for years! Every time we go there we get great and fun service. It’s a great place with a good vibe.I have gotten many things done here, most of the time being UV gel fills or extensions. I feel like I always come in with something a little different (design wise) and even if they haven’t done it before, they always try their best to get it to my liking. Which they always do an amazing job.I put a picture of the pricing they have up in the store. For the fun positive service and experience, and the amount of work they put into your satisfaction, these prices are pretty good.I love it here and will continue to come here for a long time.

The salon accommodated my daughter and me last minute for a pedi and a mani/pedi. The regular pedicure was so nice, good massage with scrub and then a wonderful hot stone. The cash price was super reasonable too... $80 for everything. I'll definitely be back.
