  Our phlebotomist this morning did an exceptional job. She helped us locate the doctor’s order with her determination and computer skills. She completed the blood work for my son in one take and no pain, and he even complimented her skills. She was knowledgeable, professional, and very pleasant. We forgot to take her name.
