Had an appointment for 9:20 and didn't get seen until 10:05. Seems this location is always behind. While waiting in the packed waiting room, there were two elderly customers that showed up and had trouble checking in. No one was available to help them. A couple of other patients in the waiting room tried to help them, but couldn't. When someone asked for, the staff simply handed a card to the person and said to call. Their system is really broken and leaves no room for compassion for the elderly and those who need extra assistance.

Actually the rudest staff ive ever encountered. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra couple of minutes somewhere else before coming to this location.

I had many questions regarding the tests the doctor ordered for me. Giovanna personally explained in detail all pertinent information needed for the completion and accuracy of the tests to be performed. Giovanna was knowledgeable and her commitment to quality customer service was apparent, it was my pleasure working with Giovanna.

To explain my situation, as of Jan 1, I had a change of insurance. When the young lady entered my insurance information she told me that I was going to be responsible for some of the cost. I explained that my insurance fully covers lab work. She hands me paperwork that breaks down my share of the cost. I asked if my Doctor didn't code correctly, and was told it was done correctly and this information was from my insurance company. She proceeded to ask for my credit card, I strongly resisted, repeatedly saying "that my insurance will cover this", explaining that I didn't want to give my credit card and that I shouldn't be charged for something that's going to be covered. Adding that I had blood drawn over a month ago and wasn't asked for a credit card, and didn't receive a bill. She responded that I may not be charged, asking for my credit card again. I responded what choice do I have, she responded "so you are willing to give your credit card" again, I said "what choice do I have." This went on for awhile, with me making it clear that I didn't want to give my card and asking "what choice do I have". Again she responded "so your willing to give your credit card ". I finally handed over my card, so I could get my necessary blood work done, repeating that " I don't like doing this "and "what choice do I have."When I was able to get in touch with my insurance company I was told that I'm fully covered and no credit card was needed. Even if I wasn't fully covered, giving my insurance card is all that needed to get my blood drawn.I called Quest headquarters and made a formal complaint, and was told that I would receive a call from the supervisor, but I haven't yet.

Today I had an 820 appointment it ran a little bit late but not bad at all. I had Noemi Who was wonderful! Today I really thought the system worked and they had 3 people working today. Noemi is kind and cares.

The waiting room is so emotionally cold and sterile. It is completely isolated from staff. You check in, sit down, and listen to a monitor or read the monitor. Your name shows up and tells you how much time to wait before you're up. You wonder if you're there for a test or an execution. You see no staff at all until your time is up. The door to the office/ test area is locked, so you can't get out (lol), or I should say into the human occupied area. It's just so sad, such a new building, and such a depressing, sterile check-in environment. I've been here twice. Won't go here anymore. Other quest locations have people working there that you can see, and you don't feel like you've been put in an isolation ward. However, once I was seen by a tech, she was very courteous, proficient, and quick.

The main issue is that this place severely understaffed. I think they should have 3-4 people working on the weekend (that’s when everyone gets their test done) they always end up with 1-2 people running the lab.It doesn’t always matter if you make an appointment or you are a walk in. You’re going to have to wait for a while. Walk ins do wait much longer. I went in at 7 as a walk in and waited over 2 hours because we had so many walk ins. When someone came to check the board one of the ladies that works there yelled at him saying there’s only allowed to be 5 people in the room and he was the 6th.They told me I was lucky to get in since they had appointments all day and they prioritize the appointments over the walk in because that’s the policy. The staff can be extremely rude. It’s no excuse but I do believe part of it is being short staffed and underpaid.Another thing is because they seem to be in a rush they miss the tests they are supposed to do, can’t tell you how many times I went in with a sheet and asking them to double check it to just to make it to my appointment that needs to results and they tell me. “They didn’t do this test, they didn’t do this one, I don’t have the results in yet”Either endure the wait time and staff here or find a higher rated quest in another town

Give them a call…if you like talking to a robot! No way to get through to a person. What a joke.

Avoid this location at all costs....service, or lack thereof, is unbelievable. This office is supposed to allow walk-ins and appointments...don't believe it. You enter a small waiting room devoid of attendent or human contact...instead, there is a small ipad to sign in....after going through multiple screens, one is left with "sorry, were filled up, come back another day"..ha! Really? The door was open, and they are still listed online open for business. Yale doesn't do this...and why waste my time going through all the fields just to tell me the workers don't want to work and go home? As a prior reviewer stated, corporate should look at the reviews of their locations...going to Yale diagnostic instead....bright move Quest!

Some executive at Quest should read their yelp reviews, they have one star for a reason. In this case they have one star for many reasons. They have a new check in system that every single person who walked in had a problem with. Fix it, or go back to the old system. Two doctors from two different hospitals have sent in for lab work to Quest. Quest is saying they did not receive it, and this problem happens all the time. Then correspond with the hospitals, and find out what the problem is and fix it. Their employees are rude and none of them seem like they like working there, and it shows. Maybe that is why I never see the same person there each time I go. Since they have more people coming in then they can handle I guess they don't really care what the reviews say.

Making unhappy customers as fast as they can .. just like old location. Bring your cell .. only five in waiting room .. they won't notify those in the hall that it's their turn. They bark at customers (abuse their authority) have no phone contact and make everything difficult. My favorite- they 'have you' sign-off that the samples were properly labeled - they haven't even taken them yet (btw - I'm not your quality control). Sometimes they'll tell you your signature means they have the right address or some other made-up thing, but what's in writing is what matters. This is why I prefer to go to Yale for blood draw, etc. even if it's a bit farther. FYI - doc must place order with Yale (NOT Quest) but no aggravation there. UPDATE: Yale now has a blood-draw on S.Main where Quest used to be ! I have since gone there and frankly it was better than Quest (not hard to be) but not as good as other Yale draw.
