Had items in storage for a few years and recently emptied out my unit.
My problem is the lack of communication between management and customer.
I understand that the manager is managing several other properties and without an assistant but not at all pleased with the drop in professionalism from the renting of unit to closing account.
Also for renters, wait until you are
close to the end of monthly payment before moving out, there will be no pro rated amount, they keep all of your remaining monies.

I love Sense Storage. I have had my stuff in storage since 2015. My belongings are clean and odor free. No dust or dirt build up what so ever. The staff is kind and supportive.
***Updating three years later. I have my third unit here since 2021. It is a different owner from the original previous owners. I like the original owners. They were locals. Very kind and considerate to their customers.
These new owners are a part of a national company. They are just another greedy American company. I started out at not even $120 when I first got the unit in April 2021. The unit is now $171. Three years later. It’s obnoxious. And just plain greedy.

The high point is Crystal at the front desk. She is friendly and informative, very professional.
