Used to be good - but customer service is awful!!!!I've ordered close to $10k in ammo from these guys over the last few years. They were always rock solid. Latest and largest order was missing a box by the time it arrived at my FFL. Customer service has made back handed comments about my FFL messing up and me messing up / making it up as UPS said it delivered. I've explained that I'm not able to take pictures as I'm traveling and they were "shocked" that I had waited more than 2 weeks to collect the ammo and kept saying they have a 2 week policy otherwise I'm out of luck if anything went wrong. Mind you I paid an extra $51 for shipping insurance and instead of helping me out they've made it a pain in the butt to get sorted and have put the burden of proof on everyone expect themselves and UPS. I get people make mistakes and that's not the issue - it's them worrying about $200 instead of making things right and subsequently losing out on the next $10k of my business. Sorely disappointed and the whole experience has left me with a sour taste.

Target Sports USA has been and continues to be a great place to find ammo, reloading supplies and targets at good prices, especially with an Ammo+ membership!
