“I needed a reputable company that I could rely on to come and clean out my Moms estate and sell the contents. I called a bunch of places and most never returned my call or wanted a ridiculous amount of money for the cleanout. I called Bobby and he came over to the house within an hour and walked through and provided me with a solid cleanout and sale strategy at a very reasonable price. Since I did not live in the same state as the property, it was especially important that I hire someone I could trust to come and go as needed and ensure that the house was secure when they left.
