They are attentive and caring. You don’t feel like a factory line of dogs in and out. It feels like personalized attention. The puppies were happy and comfortable. They were stars of the office and got all the loving from the people there !One other thing I love that most vets I found don’t have or offer is an after hours emergency number. Not for after hours service but if you have questions or unsure if it requires an emergency room visit there is someone on call. I can’t tell you how many times I wonder or worry when it’s after hours on the right thing to do ! So it’s added peace of mind.Front desk ladies are also great and friendly. They shouldn’t be forgotten in this ! They make the experience from every phone call to payment at the end.”
