It took 2 emails under the corporate website to get a response from a store experience that was very negative including paying almost 40.00 for an order placed on the Wayback website that was never fulfilled by the Woodland Park, CO store. However, after that 2nd email and 5 days since the incident I received a call from corporate from a very nice lady who reported that I would be receiving a full refund immediately and she was very apologetic for my experience. Therefore, regarding the Corporate responsiveness and customer service level for Wayfair- have to give 5 stars!

Visited kissimmee FL location on North Old Lake Wilson Rd inside the Walmart, and the 4 employees actually started arguing over who would take my order or not. Seriously? I was the only person in line!! They did not hold back either and did this debate in front of me. I walked out. This was my first (and will be last) time visiting Wayback Burgers. Horrible service and first impression. Someone responded to my review on their store site with a simply "yes". No apology or anything.

On 11/2/2022 (last night) I went into Wayback burgers in Savannah or picked up my food and after eating all of my nachos in the bottom of the container I went to finish them and found staple in my mouth I feel like I swallowed one spent all night in the hospital but also broke my tooth in half. I asked that they would have management call me and nobody will talk to me I called the corporate office left message and email and no one has replied back to me. It was a very scary situation not knowing if my esophagus or intestines were going to be punctured after confronting the guys in the restaurant especially Malik which approached me at my car and asked for the container back with the staples in it and I refused. He then got very angry and defensive. The sad part is the food was so good and ruin my experience there. Please be careful eating there and you need to check your food first the staples were in the very bottom of my nachos. When I asked the other Cook who packaged up my food and how did Staples get in it he said nothing was in there I made sure nothing was put in your food why would he even say that. They also told us that they do not have staples I said clearly you do because you stapled my bag shut then they change their tune and said well it’s not buy the food which change my theory I’ve been in an accident to deliberate. Just please beware

The owner of WayBack Burgers Round Rock/Killeen is hiring students to work in their restaurants, telling them they will make a particular wage, then once the students get their checks, it is at a lower rate. The Franchisee then tells them they will need to wait to get a raise later. This happened to my son. When I spoke to franchisee about it, she said she decided to change his wage because she didn't think he deserved the higher wage. My son informed me a couple of other people have quit because of this. When the franchisee wouldn’t give me any corporate info, I called the Killeen location (unknown at the time to be owned by same franchisee) to get a corporate number. I was told by an employee there that they can never reach the corporate number as they have tried multiple times themselves. I asked why, and the employee told me because she wasn’t being paid right. A short conversation reveled that this is a normal practice for the franchisee. My son also did not have an I9 or W-4 filled out before beginning employment (federal law) His wasn’t filled out until after 2 weeks employment. The Franchisee told me the reason she didn't fill them out prior to employment is that alot of kids only make it a day or 2 and never come back. So these kids don't get paid for the hours they worked?Businesses preying on students being naïve and not knowing their rights creates a terrible entry into the work force. A wage claim is being filed by my son with the Texas Workforce Commission. All newcomers to the workforce should know their rights and how and when to file a claim.

Bad and painful experience in Murphy, Tx. It down on hamburger and broke my back tooth. I showed them the pieces of broken tooth. Guy behind the counter looked at me like I was crazy. Finally he told me the manager would call me. He didn’t call me back. So I called the corporate office twice and they never called me back. My dentist put on a temporary crown $75. Now I need a permanent crown $500. Won’t be going back!

Not sure about other places but the establishment in New Castle Wyoming is an absolute joke, not consistent with the orders and a long wait for a simple order. Not recommend.

I went in for a burger and fries, at least 5 mins before I was acknowledged, ok your busy I get it, although there were only 2 other people in the building. Then I placed my order after had to repeat it twice cause they couldn't hear me, big plexy between us, I finally leaned around the side. I know COVID, I get it. After easy a half hour I went to ask about my order I was informed it a derogatory voice that its coming now. I had to get it they didn't bring it to me, even the coworker commented. I walk with a walker, WoW this I don't get. And lastly when walked up to the counter the cook had the burger weight on the burgers literally putting all her weight on it, feet off the ground, to squish the burger to a quicker cook. THAT IS NOT WHAT THE WEIGHTS ARE FOR. You have now just forced all the flavor out of the burger.Yeah, once a good thing but I will not return.

Has a nonsense rule for their restaurants across America that the burgers cannot be cooked anywhere below well done when it robs a very good quality ground beef of further flavor it could have and salmonella doesn’t exist in beef; it’s in chicken. I’m a repeat customer and typically get the 9 patty burger; despite this prestige I feel undervalued that they repeatedly don’t pick up the phone and abstain from common sense policies
