Despite using this bank for decades, going back to the 1950's when it was the Waterbury Savings Bank, I've reached the point at which I'm seriously considering terminating any business at this bank that I can't do on line. At the Cheshire CT branch, there is never anyone there to assist me with banking business unless I have made an appointment in advance for a day and time that is convenient to them. That is not the definition of good customer service I seek.

I was in the bank this morning and your customer service is sub par. Whenever I go into your bank I get the feeling that your employees are doing me a favor. There were actually four Wells Fargo employees behind the counter and one in front of the counter. One person was ahead of me in line. I waited patiently for someone to help me. I finally gave up and walked out of the bank. We have been a customer of Wells Fargo bank for well over twenty years. Today was the tipping point—I want out of your bank. I have never and would never recommend Wells Fargo bank to anyone

Customer service is trash. I waited over 10 minutes to be helped inside. There was no one in the bank but me. All the people behind the counter were busy and couldn’t help the only customer in the bank.

I've been a member for many years. I started going to the Cheshire branch about a year ago. The staff is always very helpful and pleasant. Nicole helped me today and went above and beyond.

The worst customer experience I've ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor and close your account. I was lied to and deceived on multiple occasions.
