The staff was pleasant, helpful, and very friendly. I greatly appreciated the fast and courteous service. I make it a point to visit small town post offices like Chester, CT for this reason.

This is not my post office but I was traveling and had some packages to drop off. Was greeted by employee and had a pleasant little conversation. The next customer came as I was leaving and held the door for me. Charming downtown.

Mail comes at a regular time. At least 2-3 times a week it is incredibly late, doesn't get there until 4, after I get to work. Why such a difference?? Do your jobs.
