I went here today needing a new battery. I spoke with Niklas he was amazing spent an hour fixing my car in the parking lot. He fixed it did not charge me and really just did it because that is who he is. Thank you Niklas you are appreciated!!

Went into the store had the guy behind the counter forgot his name it's named source me the right part on this computer I get home the part is wrong wrong some guy. Nate stepped in and said they couldn't take the part back. I said your guy looked it up. He told me to go to auto zone. Lost my business for life! Good job Nate!!!

I needed to purchase a rear wiper replacement and have it installed at the store. The young man at the counter was extremely courteous and helpful. He installed the wiper and had me on my way within 5 minutes. I appreciated the excellent customer care.

Showed up 5 minutes after closing and practically begged for one part so that i could get my car home. Young tall Guy who was a "manager" inside refused and stated that "the systems are all closed" BS. I had to get my vehicle towed. Terrible customer service. Don't go here, the staff is rude and condescending. Worst customer service I've ever received in my life. I would rather drive to an auto parts store in a different state, hours away, then deal with the unhelpful and rude employees that work at Advanced Auto Parts in Clinton. This is the second occasion I received awful service here. The bald guy that wears glasses, the tall skinny young guy with an afro I belive, are both condescending and unhelpful. I will be bringing my business down the road to Autozone for the rest of my life.

This young cat behind the counter is always so rude. He told me to drive practically across the state to get something that wasn’t very difficult. But every time I go here & he’s there he always has a terrible attitude. I go there obviously to spend money but I get treated like garbage by this one young tall guy at the counter

Sell a commercial customer the wrong parts and refuse to take them back, wouldn't ever do business with them again, tall colored kid was rude

I recently had occasion to special order a part from Advance Auto. When I went to pick it up, I found that the information that was available on the web site was incorrect. Thus, the part I went to pick up was wrong. The sales person who had ordered it did so without my paying up front. As the sales person was looking up the part, the store manager entered into the conversation and was very annoyed with me and the sales person.The error was honest and I didn't expect them to reorder without my paying for the item up front. Furthermore, I was accused by the manager of habitually doing this. Since I don't shop there that often, I really couldn't recall that I had ever done this previously. So, I will not purchase from Advance Auto in Clinton again. By the way, I also offered to pay for the wrong part but was turned down.

Not one employee was wearing a mask. I was made to feel humiliated because I didn't recall the year of my car. Come to find out it was the manager of the store. Very unpleasant and very unprofessional. Store seemed dirty, especially when compared to auto zone down the street, which I went to to purchase my battery after walking out of Advance. Unhappy management makes for unhappy patrons. I'd be surprised if this establishment will remain open for much longer without a change in management and some customer service training.

I went in twice and NONE of these employees wear masks. Every single customer has them on, why are they exempt? Any manager paying attention? I won't be back.
