Scamming scumbags run this store. It’s an authorized retailer, not At&T
Went in for an iPhone 14 upgrade on the promotion. Left with a phone protection plan I didn’t ask for, and wasn’t told about, an activation fee I wasn’t told about, and an early upgrade fee I wasn’t told about.
Absolutely don’t use this store unless you like being bent over.

Great ATT store. Employees are the Best, I have other ATT stores closer to where I live but I’ll drive the extra 1/2 hour to this Clinton Ct store because of the fabulous service they provide!!!

Five hundred stars for the customer service we received from Connor! He was the only person working in a slammed store, but he was a pro multi-tasker and took care of every customer with ease and expertise. Our move into a First Net family plan was a little complicated and took us a couple of hours and a little past store closing, but Connor made sure we left the store with the task complete and all questions answered. Connor went above and beyond for us and every customer in the store while we were there, he deserves high praise and recognition!

I’ve now had three outstanding customer service experiences in this store. I’ve worked with Doug and Connor on a variety of service/change of plan items/upgrades, and purchases. They are friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and not at all pushy. Today, Connor went above and beyond in every way, helping me navigate through a complex series of changes and upgrades on different devices. Ultimately, he worked with me for probably half of his whole work day, and he was a pleasure throughout—beyond helpful, fun, and patient. He’s an excellent salesman and customer service agent. I highly recommend this store and both Doug and Connor. Above all, they both helped me save money all three times I’ve been in.

Connor was the sales associate that assisted me. He was courteous and very knowledgeable. He was able to multitask between customers and never got flustered. I would highly recommend him.

The service Connor provided was excellent!!! He's smart courteous and patient. He's very well mannered even though he was completely overtasked being alone with so many customers. I thorough recommended him for good notice and appreciate his work.

Connor made transferring into at&t a breeze!For context, I was transferring from Verizon (because they suck) into an existing AT&T account, using a new unlocked phone that I got from a different vendor. I am generally a nervous wreck doing these type of administrative operations, but Connor was so low key, friendly and knowledgeable! My confidence in customer care has been restored! Makes me feel I made the right decision to move to at&t.

Doug and Connor at the AT&T store in Clinton CT were excellent to work with and went above and beyond my expectations. I went in to upgrade my phone but I left with a new phone & a smaller bill than when I walked in! Each of these men took their time to answer my questions, look over my account, and make sure I left the store informed & happy! I have never had such a seemless, enjoyable experience when upgrading my phone. They made sure my bill was as low as possible while also giving me all the information on sales and ways to save money on my new phone. I have never in my life been able to walk away with a new phone and have my bill be smaller than when I walked in. I will be trusting the Clinton AT&T store with all of my cellphone needs in the future & highly recommend you stop in to talk to Doug and Connor yourself!

Best att phone store I have found. Great service, great techs. I would not go anywhere else. I recommend it to all is my friends. Been going there for over 15 years. Just purchased two 12 pro’s there. Another good experience.

Customer service at store was great. The two there were helpful and patient with me. They were willing to help me get the best price, even if their store wasn’t getting credit for the sale. Highly recommend!
