I love stopping at this store, they always have very fashionable clothing at really great deals. The staff was super helpful and nice. They have both a men’s and women’s clothing department.

Who would have thought! As I was waiting to return an item, I did not see the section designated for Petites. The clerk told me that BR is no longer segregating sizes according to height, etc., so as not to offend any customers. Now I ask you, what petite woman takes issue with her tiny stature? So going forward I now must lift tons of jeans to "reach" my size which is usually at the bottom of the pile. Wonder when this "experiment" will go the way of the self check out aisles due to customer pilfering.

Left the security tag on my pants and I don’t live nearby for them to remove it. They refused to return the pants over the phone and refused any sort of compensation for the inconvenience.

The store actually closes at 8 pm. The web says 9pm. I made it there at 8 pm and couldn’t return my item. Very disappointed.

I went to Banana Republic in the Clinton Outlets for some holiday shopping and will never be back. After waiting inline and attempting to pay for my items with my girlfriend I was treated very rudely by some man who was at the cash register. He cashed out my girlfriend and refused to cash me out because we "were not together ". Than he told HER not ME I would have to get back in line to pay for my items. I left immediately. I had did anything to deserve this treatment especially after spending thousands of dollars here. I'm DONE WITH THEM!

Empty!!! What is happening! I mean compared to how it used to look every thing is just gone. The whole sale rack with like thousands of items gone. There’s barely sizes for items that of course you want. It’s just crazy. This whole pandemic is killing everything. Very sad. Very kind service of course as always and very clean and up to code with mask and hand sanitizer
