I called Tuesday to inquire about grooming. I was texted back and it was impossible to make an appointment to go over availability. I was given one date and time and was open to other dates and times but would not get a reply for days. Afterwards, after constantly texting to try and get a response, I asked to have someone call me. The person was unapologetic and immediately put me on hold. I ended up finding another place. This was a terrible experience to just try and make an appointment. At the new place that I found, I was returned a phone call after leaving a message and the person was courteous and professional and was able to offer alternative appointment options.

Bonafide Pets is wonderful. They have the cutest collars and bow ties. Also, food and treats that are delicious and healthy. I have my dogs groomed there as well. Everyone is always so helpful.

Excellent service and product line-up! Was looking for a harness for a little dog. Walked in and staff was super helpful, we walked out with a swank new purple harness + lamb treats for little Asje. Yum! She was super happy and stylin' in her new apparel. I would definitely recommend this place! Shop local.

I can’t recommend this place enough. You can find super cute doggo apparel so your pup will achieve ultimate swagger level at the dog park ? Connie is a plethora of knowledge. She taught me a lot and helped solve my dogs bladder stone issues that my own vet failed to do TWICE now. Thanks to Connie my dog will probably live longer since she is getting better nutrition. If you want to feed your dog quality ingredients, you will not be disappointed with the selection the store has to offer. So glad I found this place.

Connie is the best! My little Olive loves her and tater and all the treats she gets! I've never seen my dog so excited about going to a store, she jumps on the door to get it. Connie is always helpful with all of my other dog Brandys picky needs as well!

I just went in to check it out while daughter got nails done next door. Layout of store was nice. A woman was primping a little dog that looked happy. Prices were ok for quality products. But i didnt buy anything.

I can't say enough about the services my elderly dog received today!! Kara was more than understanding of my dogs needs. She listened to my concerns and I felt very comfortable leaving her with Kara. We will continue using Kara for future grooming services. The store is super cute with a great variety of merchandise such as toys, grooming tools, and apparel for purchase.

This a great store! So cute. They carry high quality food for dogs and cats. They have coats, sweaters, lots of toys, treats, and everything you need for your pets. Connie, the owner is such a nice person and very helpful. A definite must for pet parents!
