I can not say enough good things about Mr. McGuiness. I was clearly a fish out of water entering the store. Bill recognized the deer in headlights look and helped me find a full suit in under 15 min time. Bill has patience and a fantastic sense of humor. He also helped me save money during a fantastic sale. Wish I could give more stars!

I had a great experience at Brooks Brothers. Alexis was a complete professional and helped me find a suit that fit perfectly. He was patient and talked through every fit, size and detail of each suit jacket. Without him, I would have bought a suit that didn’t quite suit my body type and style. Everyone needs an Alexis when they go suit shopping!

I visited the store this afternoon. First time shopper here. Busy as expected with the Christmas holiday sales. I was immediately assisted by a very helpful and capable member of the sales staff. I had a general idea of what I wanted and it couldn't have been more convenient. I bought 2 suits and 2 pair of dress trousers. Very good prices and selection. I saw some earlier reviews about rude sales staff. That wasn't my experience. But, I knew what I was looking for (generally) and looked for a staff member as soon as I walked in the door. Probably no more than 20 seconds elapsed from my walking in the store, and I made contact with the sales staff member. We immediately went to look at suits and slacks. I tried them on. Very efficient.
Probably took a total of 25 minutes from start to finish.

Rude & lack of customer service. Female sales associate basically walked right in front of me to pull a suit for a differnt customer several times without excusing herself. Never once asked if I needed help. Maybe because I was dressed down that day. I walked down to a different store and bought several suits from friendlier staff.

I just love the whole idea of visiting brooks brothers usually but I believe some people at the Clinton store need to learn customer service. No greeting, no good byes, worse - NOT PAYING ATTENTION to a customer’s request. I visited the Clinton store this afternoon (1/28/24) and there was a young man who looked at us, and just ignored our request several times, while gossiping with other associates. My husband reached out several times asking him to open the dressing room and this young man just looked at us and kept talking whereas we had to reach out to someone else to Open the dressing rooms forUs. Mind you, we were the only clients in the store!!

From the perspective knowing this store is an outlet, the inventory is typical - not every size or style. So with that in mind this store has never disappointed. And if what I'm looking for is not available then that goes with the territory,What is aas important to me, if not even moreso, is that the staff (the entire staff) is always accommodating. Pleasurer to do business with them.

A very helpful staff, but the selection in both items and sizes is hit or miss as are the prices. I suppose that's par for the course at an outlet. They don't have an inhouse tailor, but they can recommend local tailors.

There was a mistake where the suit pants I ordered were delivered to the wrong address. I explained the situation to Lyn, and she managed to get the situation resolved in few hours and kept me updated each step of the way.
