Cute store but misleading advertising. Big signs claim “50% off entire store” but none of the items we brought to the front were actually 50% off (or on sale at all). The staff are friendly but the misleading ad is a disappointment.

Rude sales associate. Pushes you to give personal information at checkout like your name, phone number, etc and then gets snippy at you when you politely decline.

There are some serious customer service issues at this store. I shopped several days ago for some spring jackets for my son. I found a few vests, and the staff told me they could easily order a few I had been eyeing online. The staff placed the order for me in the store....but somehow managed to over charge me by almost $10!! I called the store as soon as I realized, spoke with a manger who took down my info and told me to come in and that they'd take care of it. BUT no apology for the error on their part or the inconvenience of having to make a whole additional trip. When I got to the store, the staff not only had no clue what I was talking about, the manager on duty's first response was that she "couldn't help me" and that I couldn't even have the price adjusted without the physical items in hand. Horrendous staff attitudes. Bizarre pricing issues....this'll be my last time shopping here.

We don't shop here that often because our kids are all grown up but we do have grandkids so we stop in every so often. The deals are pretty good and the clothing is very durable.
