The customer service at the Clark Bostonian Outlet was excellent — the staff was friendly and provided me with a lot of helpful information. Unfortunately, the selection of footwear was quite limited. I recommend doing some research before visiting to ensure they have the style or size you’re looking for.

I purchased shoes here and they started falling apart after just 3 weeks. Figuring that for the prices they charge their customer service would be top notch, I reached out and to say I was disappointed would be huge understatement! They refused to stand behind their product even after multiple emails explaining what happened. Their only option offered (they claim that's all they're allowed to do) was to drive over an hour each way to the closest outlet store and attempt return the clearly worn and falling apart shoes...
