She truly took her time to listen and understand the bags I was interested in, even going the extra mile to research them for me. Go when there is a big clearance sale and you really will be thrilled with your purchases!
And you can sign up to get their emails when they are having sales!

Brought my wife shopping for early mothers day. She found a $450 bag that was marked down to $149.99, that's still alot in my eyes but it's worth it to see my wife happy.
Mike assisted me with my purchase and made my normally anxious shopping experience very laid back and simple. It was Great customer service even though the store was packed. I'll be back to get the wife more stuff soon !
