We go in to window shop so we can check out anything new or on sale. At the time it was too early to think about buying something for winter. Going in with no expectations that's when you may find a pleasant surprise. This is one of those stores that you will always return to.

This is a great store. The service is excellent, polite and helpful. They have great clothes. You can find some deals. The store is in the outlet mall in Clinton, Connecticut. There's a lot of free parking. The store had a lot of products.

Kimberly was very rude. We traveled from another state to go the the the outlet because we heard it was so great. Unfortunately the sales associate gave us the wrong size. We asked for a XS not a XXS. We was already made it back home and when I called Columbia Outlet Kimberly answered. I told her the situation and all she could say is we don't ship. I asked her well can you see if you have the size or some other store closer to our state would have the size she said no we don't do that either. At that point a felt irritated so I told her I can drive 2.5 hours to get the coat and we can talk then because I don't understand why you are being so rude. I wanted to video tape her go viral on Facebook so that people will not go to this Columbia outlet unless Kimberly was fired. She threaten me and said I'll call the police as minority we don't take calling the police well over nonsense. How many minority lives have been killed in the arm of the police. That could be my life or better yet my black son's life trying to protect me. Kimberly needs to be fired!!!!
