I didn't know it at the time, but we walked into the store only 10 minutes before they were closing. After about 7 minutes, the gentleman at the counter politely asked if we were finding everything alright. I've worked in retail, so I know how frustrating it is when customers walk in last-minute. However, he was very helpful, and he got us what we needed without rushing us. We had two separate transactions with items that would've gotten us a discount if they had been bought together. However, he applied the discount anyway, recognizing that we shouldn't have to pay more just because it was two transactions. Very helpful, good experience, good store! Oh, and also, I love my Crocs. Thanks!

I went thinking this was an outlet (since it says outlet ) well it was not the prices are normal so high price really disappointed but the color selection was amazing !

If you know your croc size, just don’t go to this store. They have better prices online and at other department stores than here.
I went yesterday to buy a pair for my son and the specials were not readily advertised and there was no effort at the counter to provide any discount or offers.
Found out on the way home there was a 25% off on the croc webpage (didn’t say online only) and when I called they didn’t offer to honor it. I was just told to come and return it and purchase online.
Won’t be shopping there again.

The store should let people know that the mystery boxes of jibits contain the same ones. We bought 3 boxes and were very disappointed. Most items are full price unless you're lucky to find something in the clearance section. Not really a discount store.
