Purse ordered online arrived damaged. Extremely difficult to reach online customer service. Took several attempts. Phone number is dead end. Finally received return shipping label. They do not offer exchanges. Support email indicated refund within a week after confirming they received the purse on 4/2/24. 12 days later, no refund. What a disappointment. I'll be buying Coach bags moving forward.

My boyfriend and I walked in to purchase one of the bags from the window and I decided to walk around a bit. No one acknowledged me or him. Then a family walked in as well, one of the ladies left the counter to greet them in a very friendly manor. We were literally right next to that family, yet the woman did not even acknowledge us. I thought they may be busy and just didn’t see us, until another customer came in and the associate approached them in the same manor. I don’t want to say it was because him and I were minorities, but it was very clear they didn’t look at us, say anything or even gave us a nod. This made us feel very uncomfortable and took our business elsewhere. I never write bad reviews, but this really ruined our experience.

Beware- the repair policy is only for manufacturing hardware issues. I am so upset about the repair policy. I have higher end purses and a repair policy is just that. It is rhere to help keep the life of the purse. It is an investment.I purchased the Camilla Alto and it has a scratch on it. I've been told, oh well. A 700 purse and DB cant fix it. I cant image Coach, LV, or Gucci saying they can't fix it. Coach actually says, " we know life happens, dont ditch it, repair it." I will continue to share my dissatisfaction with DB. I have purchased several purses and accessories as gifts over the past few months. Truly will not purchase anymore and will tell others to beware if they decide to make a poor decision to purchase from them.

As soon as I walked in, lady standing at the front turns around and literally walks away… lady at counter never even looked up at me. I was the only person in store but only lasted about 5 seconds because of all the awkwardness and silence… so much for trying to buy a handbag… never again.. that was such an uncomfortable experience… makes you feel unwanted when they just completly ignore you.

Not sure what's going on in there lately. I used to ALWAYS find good deals and spend a small fortune. Today,not a dime. And the women that work there aren't as friendly and helpful as the ones that used to be there....

I don't live anywhere near an outlet so I have to rely on sales staff to help pick out an item for me. I've been dealing with Allison and Patti and BOTH have been STELLAR!! They went out of their way to help and have been very patient with me while doing so. This Factory Store really does seem to be the friendliest and most helpful of all the staff that I've talked to from various stores.

This is not your typical "factory outlet" because....... they are ALL 1st quality CURRENT handbags!!!! They don't make "special outlet bags". If you like Dooney, you must visit this store. The smell of leather when you enter the store is great. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. I travel for an hour and 20 minutes to get here.
