We stepped out of our comfort zone and went to EthanAllen for a "looksee". The sales team was wonderful and very helpful. Not the kind to follow you around and push you to get something you don't want. We were one of those couples that had a hard time making a decision but never felt any pressure to make a decision we weren't sure about. Everything proceeded in a timely fashion and we got our delivery right on time. WE even got help with the possible set up of the furniture. I highly recommend the Clinton team - great people and great service! We couldn't be happier with our purchase!

Michele and Paula in the Clinton store are both so amazing! My husband and I visited the store today to look at dining room chairs, and they went above and beyond to show us a vast selection and options for both wood stains and upholstery. They took such great care of us! Ethan Allen should know that they have a wonderful team working for them!

The experience I had with Ethan Allen far surpasses any that I have had with other high-end home furnishing stores in SE Connecticut and RI. At Ethan Allen I got first-rate design services that included a home visit, a 3-D scaled room layout and coordination of fabrics and accessories. From start to finish, my project was completed in just 2 months including the delivery of custom furniture. I am thrilled with the results and the credit goes to Michele Genovese and, especially, to Paula Calandrelli.

This has been our first experience with Ethan Allen, and I'm happy to write that we've been extremely happy, from the professional, helpful staff to the quality of the items received. Holly and Michelle made a lot of great suggestions while easily working with the items I already had. They also provided a lot of helpful feedback. And when there was a minor issue on one piece of furniture, I really liked how EA stood behind their products and fixed the item promptly and fully, at minimal inconvenience to me. We are very pleased with how things have turned out and I highly recommend the Clinton design center.

I ordered the Dexter coffee table and although it looks nice it is bad quality. I called Ethan Allen less then two weeks of delivery to explain that there are smudges all over the table that will not come out. Apparently you can not touch this table because your skin will stain it with smudges. Ethan Allen did not give me any options and Guardsman Protection did not cover it. I spent slot of money on a coffee table you can’t touch without staining.

We were extremely pleased with the creative talents and skills of our professional designer Paula Calandrelli. We began our makeover in the master bedroom and based on its overwhelming success and our positive experience, we continued room by room throughout the entire house. Paula guided us through each step of the process creating a design flow that unified our home and brought it to life. She was always responsive to our needs, very flexible, and a pleasure to work with.

Paula Calandrelli helped us with our purchase of two couches and a recliner. She came to the house to assist with fabric selection. She was very helpful and friendly. Ethan Allen is great quality. We hope to get many years out of our furniture!
