By far the worst store i ever been to. They had a shoe form in a shoe that was priced at 29.99 and i was shocked at the price. I went to ring out and they rang up to 79.99. I told the woman who rang me our they are ticketed at a different price, and the associate that helped with my size even admitted to accidentally putting the wrong shoe form in the shoe and ans the woman who rang me out, turned and slapped her employee in a a nervous way cause he admitted HIS fault. And she would not accommodate! Ive worked at New Balance for about 3.5 years as an ASM and have always accommodate when its our fault. -0% customer satisfaction at Finish Line in Clinton. And to top it all off, in the same week this happened i applied for their SM position and i refused to show up after how i was treated. Ill continue to shop at Nike.

This might be the worst Finish Line location. They don't have outlet prices, maybe a handful of items are on sale. The rest of them are at regular price. Not worthwhile.

Drove an hour and a half to Clinton because it says they were open til 8 made it to the store by 7:20 the employees were standing there but doors were closed. A waste of 3 hours for absolutely nothing. Should update hours and not waste peoples time.

One of my favorite spot in the mall, all the staffs are friendly and helpful, Iv never walked out the door with empty hands, thank you guys so much and keep it up.

I want to thank Sadeja for an amazing experience and excellent service. She was so helpful. Helped me with two different transactions and really made my day! Every time I go there the staff is extremely helpful and always up beat. All of the staff are professional, had masks on. Again thank you !!! I already called finishline but I figured I’d leave a review for the people !

Went shopping today August 22nd because it’s tax free week. And the last day. But they still charged me $10 worth of taxes.I asked why? Isn’t it tax FREE week. The dude replies to me saying that when you spend more money above $100 the system automatically charges taxes. (That made absolute no sense to me)I shopped at ADDIDAS, JCREW, and other clothings stores. I was not charged with any taxes. Kind of odd.I hope the store owner/manager sees this.I would love my refund for the taxes.

It feels like you're in a shack of shoes. Yes it's an outlet store...but it feels like shopping at the Boulevard Flea Market with a roof. The employee was professional and helpful however. Corporate should really remodel or update the planograms.
