“My long distance boyfriend and I were in search of matching jewelry and after feeling a little disappointed previously elsewhere thinking this wouldn’t work with our budget or that we just wouldn’t find what we were looking for, we decided to walk into Zales and Zephyr was who greeted us and we immediately felt hopeful in their presence! They patiently took their time with us and made the whole experience of jewelry shopping a very memorable moment for us as our time together physically is limited—so we really cherish our memories/moments together and we really appreciated all the effort that Zephyr put into the making of a special moment.
