Only issue was trying to find the location. Needs a larger sign. Staff was so helpful. Went to the outlet hoping to find a deal. Staffer told me to look at the regular merchandise along with the clearance as it was President's day sale.I got a great deal on a pair I love.

The stock of merchandise was tremendous. The staff was alert, attentive and helpful. I had a return without my receipt and they treated me with empathy and allowed me to change the sneakers to the right size.

Disappointed in the prices of Sneakers in this place. $80 for a pair of Sneakers? This is supposed to be an outlet. You can go to kohl's and get 30% off. So much for outlet shopping

I had two different employees ask if I needed assistance despite the store being packed, and I wasn't even in the store long. They were having a BOGO deal and I was able to find a pair of New Balance that seemed to be sold out everywhere for a great deal.

Great prices and I felt safe because they allow only a limited amount of people in the store at a time and enforce their wearing mask and social distancing policy.
