“While in the middle of a move, I returned internet equipment to the carrier via this UPS Store. Unfortunately, an error occurred and the carrier never received the equipment and thus charged me for the equipment. I contacted the store and within short order, my issue was resolved by a very helpful employee and the store owner. I appreciate the help they provided.”
