“After years of difficulty dealing with a large national propane supplier Quality Propane has really set a new standard on customer service. What a pleasure it is to speak directly to knowledgable, friendly local people instead of a ridiculous merry go round of AI bots. Quality Propane has been competitive, knows my account, anticipates and calls in advance for delivery times, and has great drivers . I am a very happy customer and so glad I made the switch to Quality Propane!”

“The A+ + that I give them is very well earned. The question I have for you is when you have a problem how good is your oil company? Everyone is nice and your friend when they’re trying to sign you but once you’ve chosen a company, how good are they when you have a problem? Wilcox is amazing. We had an oil leak the day before Thanksgiving. They were here within an hour to patch it mitigate it and we had a brand new oil tank in less than a week installed and ready to go. With our service and tank plan, this cost us almost nothing. That is why they get the A+ plus because when it really counted they delivered.”

“John, the sales rep, and Jerry, then gentleman who installed the tank and took care of external hookup were instrumental in the completion of this project. They answered all my questions and were very responsive whenever I reached out with questions.”

“If our family could add more stars, we would! East River Energy is one of those rare companies that has maintained a level of integrity and service you just don't find much anymore. They are responsive and knowledgeable and the customer service is top notch!”
