This review is about the installation of a Navien Combination Boiler/Hot Water Heater in our home by Quality Propane. We are very satisfied: they really do put Quality first. Kevin who did the initial survey of our old boiler and hot water heater, current requirements, plumbing and black pipe, came back as the installation team leader and provided continuity that insured the installation team knew what to expect and how to proceed. Combined with the professional competency of the rest of the team; Sal and Dylan, this resulted in a smooth incident free installation. Make no mistake, this was a day long job, besides installing the new equipment, the team removed our ancient boiler and old hot water heater as well as plugging the chimney exhaust and running a new exhaust line. But when it was done, everything was set up perfectly and the clean-up left our basement spotless. Kevin also tested our hot water at several points in the house to ensure the system was up and running as advertised. Cost was reasonable and we know that Quality Propane stands by their work. We highly recommend Quality Propane!

I am a tenant in a home serviced by Quality Propane. I truly have never experienced a kinder customer service business. The people who answer the phone are really some of the kindest and most professional people out there. When I have a heating issue, I have to go through my landlord to get issues fixed, and Quality treats us both so well! I can’t say enough good things about my experiences with this company. Highly recommend.

I recently had Quality Propane install a new ***** ********** combination unit, that replaced a ****** furnace that was outdated and inefficient.\nThe crew was awesome and did what they had to do and the installation took only about +4 hours.\nAny questions I had, they answered honestly and gave me instructions should anything go wrong.\nIt was tested and ran perfectly and I can look forward to a very warm and comfortable winter season.\nKudos to all the staff that worked on the unit as well as the office staff.\nI've been a Quality Propane customer since 2017 and it's a company that goes above and beyond for its customers.

I hired Quality propane to hook up my house with propane and set up our new stove. I cannot say enough about the service i was given! They worked with my schedule to assist me to get me up and running! They were very friendly, very easy to reach. I highly recommend them!
