The GM Nathan is very Friendly same like his collegeous Assoc.Maribel! Both was very Patient, always smiling ,corteous and very helpful! My husband and i Was there with my 2 friends for shopping, i had Problem with my creditcard because i haven't updated it and haven't use it for a long time. Everytime i swipe the card they Show decline! I just call the costumer Service and asked why my card not working. They fix the Problem! I truly can't ask for more! I know for sure that we will Comeback again♥️♥️♥️Thank you to the Saks Team in Clinton Outlet! You guys is amazing

This store used to upscale, great(not cheap) prices on exclusive-ish items. Used to feel like we were lucky to find the quality bargains. Now, just another stop in the Outlets. Bunch of dregs in clothing, shoes, accessories; very disappointing. Place looked like a dump, used to feel like you entered an Off-5th store, almost(but that was the point, wasn't it?). TJMaxx, Marshall's have better finds... Lost opportunity with the wealthy folks on the Shoreline, Casino travelers, people from across The Sound... Send me a note when you get it together.

Found some great deals on boots. I recommend checking the inside of any shoes before buying - some have clearly been worn and returned, so be prepared to clean/ wash whatever you buy after purchasing. The store was fairly well stocked, not super crowded, and checkout line moved fast for a Sunday. My husband found a great pair of Cole Haan dress shoes, and I nabbed a pair of karl lagerfeld boots in perfect condition.
