“We've had two children be a part of Red Barn and they've left the school with confidence, independence, curiosity to learn, a love for the outdoors, and friendships they've continued well beyond preschool. When we moved to the area 7 years ago, we toured many of the programs in the area, and I left each one feeling pretty defeated that we wouldn't find the right place for our two children. Until I gave Red Barn a call and the owner said she would be available and to swing by for a quick tour. Well that tour turned into an hour! The care and dedication I experienced during that tour carried over into their educational programs and I knew we had found the right place. If you're looking for an amazing campus with open green space, adorable classrooms, and caring staff - make sure and consider Red Barn!”
“My grandson loved his time at Kindercare Essex, he was always happy to go in, he has achieved so much, Socializing, kindest, listen and learn new skills through play and practical skills as well as writing. All the teachers/cares have been very welcoming and caring. Can't thank them another.”
“The pumpkin patch has been the most amazing daycare experience for my 3 year old. The teachers are so nice, honest and do so much with the kids. Over the last year, my son has learned a lot, been toilet trained and developed amazing social skills. Amazing experience- would recommend for any parents looking for daycare.”
“Best preschool in the state! My son went here for 2 years and we absolutely love them. The teachers are amazing and compassionate and kind. The children learn so much all while playing and having fun. Completely transformed my son from a toddler to a confidant kid ready for kindergarten. I seriously cant sing their praises enough. My son loved his time at circle nursery school.”
“Both of my children attended the Kid’s Center from age 2 thru preK. They had the same teachers which I appreciated as a parent for expectations and consistency. They were taught many valuable academic, social, behavioral, and emotional skills that have allowed them to be very successful in elementary school.”
“My daughter started at the Carrot Patch when she was nine months old and is now part of the preschool program. Over the years, I’ve come to know many of the teachers, and I can’t say enough good things about them. They’re kind, compassionate, and interested in helping all of their students discover and learn new things. I value Suzanne and Nicole’s vision for the school which includes a strong outdoor component and child-led learning. My daughter loves being outside more than just about anything, and I’m so glad that her school environment helps foster her curiosity and love of the outdoors. Nearly every day she wakes up and says hopefully, “Today's a school day?” I can’t think of a better way to illustrate how pleased we are with the Carrot Patch!”
