I used to love the brand and went to the store with an intention to buy a particular item. The time was 8:45pm and the store closes at 9:00pm. The staff - two white men, were the only people in the store and I was entering with my friend. As soon as we stepped in, one of the men yelled, the store closes in 10mins. It was a very unwelcome tone but we respected the fact that they want us to leave in time so that they can close the store on 7/26/24 at 9pm. As soon as we got in, my friend took a couple of sizes of the item and went into the trial room. Immediately, the men started talking to each other about how they should place a board on the trial room entrance that people cannot try clothes 10mins before closing. One of them said louder, “you mean a big board this size”, trying to get my attention. Then one of them said, “I will kick them out at 9 sharp, after 9, they will be here on my time and no one can take my time”. They kept talking to each other using abusive and racist language, all intended for me to listen. We paid for the item at 8:58pm and left the store. I will never be visiting this store again. These racist bullies ruined our evening and caused significant distress to me throughout the 10mins I was there. I felt unwelcome, disrespected, threatened and unsafe. When I went through the reviews while writing this, I see a pattern of customer feedback about two white men being racist and talking to each other loudly about customers. Such people do not belong in customer service industry and if the store doesn’t welcome people until the closing time, they should close sooner and place a board saying they close at 9pm but entry is not allowed after 830pm. These employees are causing significant loss to the store, ruining the reputation of the brand and are spreading hatred and pain through their unfriendly thuglike actions. I will surely be sending a complaint to the TH corporate office.

While my family and I have enjoyed taking trips up to Clinton to shop, today's experience was heartbreaking for me as a mother. My adult autistic son waited for me while i tried on clothes in the fitting room and when i came out, I saw and heard the two blonde workers in the Tommy Hilfiger store using their walkies to say my son was acting "weird" in the store. Please do better in training your workers on inclusitivity. This experience was painful for me because my son is harmless and doesn't deserve this type of embarrassment

Amazing quality and most items are on sale at all times, the store is clean and the staff is very helpful with recommendations and knowledge of their items. I do wish they stocked more jeans and not as many t-shirts though.
