I decided to go back to Verizon because they have better customer service than xfinity. I also need a new phone. He explained all the different phones and service. He set me up with a new iPhone. My phone is working perfectly and I didn’t get stress out trying to set my new phone.?

Productive and positive experience buying a new phone, changing some features on our family plan, upgrading while saving money. All of these options were discovered and offered by Brandon. He was customer driven, attentive to our specific plan, creative with suggestions, and incredibly knowledgeable. He really made all the difference. Two other family members got great deals the next day because of his suggestions of available promotions. It’s important to work with a Verizon representative who has integrity and intelligence so that you feel like you are on the best plan possible. Brandon is that person and Clinton is the place.
