A huge Thank You to the store manager Nancy for going above and beyond for my fiancé and I. We went looking for a Lifetime Protection Plan for my engagement ring. Nancy was so kind and helpful while working with her, I can’t wait to start looking for our wedding bands with her guidance in the near future.

I had to bring my engagement ring in to be repaired. Unfortunately, the initial repair wasn’t great but Nancy was phenomenal at helping communicate with the jeweler and made sure it was fixed appropriately! She provided nothing but support and understanding. I’m very happy with the final product and Nancy made it a much less intimidating process. Thank you, Nancy!

Walked in and the sales associate was talking trash about the previous customers who just walked out, asking her coworker if they bought anything good and saying they barely bought anything nice/expensive. She was also super snotty to us when we walked out without a purchase. Awful
