I would give it 7 stars if I could! I first encountered Cato at the union Square farmers market ten years ago. For many years now I order online. Their cheese ships very quickly, is well packed and most of all is absolutely delicious!!!

An absolute must visit location! The cheese is fantastic. On several occasions they have shipped cheese to our friends and relatives as gifts which is a huge hit around the holidays.After picking up some cheese stop by the brewery right down the street.
