Every time I come here there's an issue. There's no reason why a prescription my doctor sent in at 10:30 the previous morning should need to be "expedited" with a half hour wait at 4 pm the next day. Absolutely ridiculous. I should have it the evening it's been ordered. I'll be sending my prescriptions to the Walgreens down the road from now on.

Very depressing atmosphere when you walk in. Carpet seems kinda dirty, there is product in boxes in the aisles and what is on the shelves is picked through, not in the correct place. Seems like there is not enough trained staff to keep the place presentable. I mean there are people there who are at work but....... I checked out at a self checkout and needed assistance with an age restricted purchase of cold medicine. The guy kinda looked at the flashing light on the checkout and looked really bothered that he had to come over and swipe his little card. DO BETTER CVS!!!

A select few who work in the pharmacy hate their job. You can tell when they greet you, answer the phone, look up information. They are disappointed that they work at CVS. I always try to be pleasant, and patient. But I just hate going here. Actually I dread going here. Some of the people who work at the pharmacy are very nice, helpful, competent. When I found out my prescription was out of stock the woman said "call around to see if any other locations have it" No. That's your job. She gave me no indication when it would be in. When I finally asked if they were actually going to order it, it was like I was asking her to fulfill this gargantuan task. So now it's been a week without this medication....fine..not life threatening, but my goodness...not a call to tell me it's out stock last week, THEN be a jerk about it? I've worked retail. It sucks. So I try to be extra nice to people who are trying, but NO ONE at CVS in Colchester is trying.

In over 2 years, picking up monthly medications, not even once did they have everything ready. Did not matter if called 1 hour, 1 day, 3 days, 1 week ahead... ALWAYS \"we got very busy\". Usually had to make multiple trips. Horrible.

I'm sure they're overworked... But this CVS is a complete mess. Prescriptions are filled wrong. The wait ridiculous. Promises are made for phone calls back that aren't kept. If possible avoid this place.

Made an appointment for a Covid booster. Made appointment on Sunday, booster scheduled for Tuesday. Got there Tuesday and was told they couldn’t do it because they had walk-ins all day and would waste doses if they opened a vial just for me. I understand they shouldn’t waste doses - cvs & Walgreens wasted a ton of doses already, so I’m sure there would be problems for the employee who wasted more - but I made an appointment for a reason, and they should have been prepared for the appointment.

A worker at CVS was giving instructions to an elderly woman trying to figure out the self check out machine. Instead of being kind and patient she was answering with a uncomfortably rude tone leaving the customer upset. When the elder woman truly just did not know how to use the machine.

Drove 45 mins from my app for my baby and they still didn't have my script ready . Told me it can't be filled because we filled it 15 days ago . And I told them , it's the same meds just a different script because his meds didn't work and his very sick still and the doctor sent the same meds over again today. They were rude and didn't want to hear me , and try to understand so we could work through this together . Then when I started to get angry someone else came over and snapped at me . The manager then crumbled my paperwork up in MY FACE . I'm beyond furious .

By using CVS app and prepaying for Rx it sped up process but to make it a 5 ? need to have dedicated express pick up line.
