We just recieved an email notification that the delivery attempt for a package due today, was unsuccessful due to no access to driveway or front door. BOTH are accessible and the lights have been on. This is not the only issue. Christmas cards have been ripped open, packages have been delivered ripped open and the contents in the package was gone. Also, The carrier just throws packages in the snow on the ground under the mailbox. Because of this, the package and contents are ruined because we cannot find them. I'm incredibly frustrated and displeased. This is UNSAT!

I arrived at 12:28 pm to drop of prepaid packages and the employee told me they were already closed, that they couldn't take the packages, and asked two other customers already in the building to leave without being served. This post office is horrendous. This is not the first time hours of operation were an issue. They often post a sign that they are closed during normal hours of operation. I will be reporting this to the postmaster as well.

I recently visited the Colchester post office for my special needs son’s, who had a passport renewal appointment. Nick’s exceptional customer service made the passport renewal process efficient, quick and fast. With his expertise, we were able to mail out our passport application within 20 minutes. With great customer service, I will highly recommend Colchester post office for all your postal needs.

Regular postman is good. Postmaster himself is not good. I have repeatedly contacted him about some of his employees stuffing my packages in my mailbox and he claims there's nothing that can be done. How about going down the driveway and dropping them off like every other delivery person does? It's not like they're walking. I have literally had to cut boxes to remove them from my mailbox. See for yourself. This has been an ongoing problem.

They are always friendly here. Most days, it is in and out real fast. If it is busy , they usually go pretty fast. Parking in a busy day can be hard but.there is other parking lots right next to the post office ? ?

We spent two hours tracking a package down that came from UPS and ended up here even though we live in another town and went there only for them to tell us its not there but didn't want to physically check. We called UPS and we finally found a USPS tracking number that lead DIRECTLY back here. Been on the phone waiting for someone to answer and no one will. Its there and we could have had it the first time we visited. People are getting way too lazy these days.

We had some concerns about mail potentially missing. I was contacted immediately after alerting USPS. I was again contacted by phone and email to update me. The mail arrived a couple days later. Customer Service was outstanding! I can’t thank Ian enough.

Our mail carrier is awesome but the service in this office has tanked. The black guy keeps his back turned to you and even after seeing people walk out disgusted he doesn't even acknowledge the people waiting at the counter for service. I finally rang the bell and tried to talk to him but he totally ignores you. When he does talk to you he's rude and condescending. The postmaster is no better. She couldn't care less about helping customers. They should go work for Amazon.

I had to go to the post office today to mail something and being 23 in a world of technology I haven’t mailed something that often. So naturally I have a question where to put the address return address ext and for lack of his name the black man at the front counter has to be the rudest most condescending man. Being from a customer service environment I never complain cause probably could be worse but when asked simple question he responds what you have never got mail before, which he said to all 3 of my simply answered questions personally I think he need to learn a thing or two about respect for the people spending money at your place of work regardless of what it is or how much is spent
